– PLR Installation (2 platforms)
Orange Delta have installed over 20 risers along with their associated PLR’s, clamps
and piping – over 18 platforms at offshore Brunei and Sarawak Malaysia. We are the
Contractor to deliver complete engineering and project management, fabrication,
supply of equipment within our fleet and the skilled personnel to execute the Platform
Preparation Services.
The preparatory work includes the methods engineering and
work packages, permits to work, rigging design; identification and logistics
arrangement of our fleet of equipment and personnel from various disciplines: Rope
Access, Rigging, Welding, Mechanics, Scaffolding.
We provide complete set of ex-rated offshore equipment for the platform preparation
services – pull-in system (hydraulic/ air winch along with power supply), scaffolding
materials including lighting, suitably designed rigging and installation aids, welding/
NDT/ coating machines, personal and centralized gas detectors, tensioning/ torquing
tools within container(s).
